At HaWuHaWu, we typically begin processing and crafting your gear every two days. Please double-check your shipping address and international size standards (US, UK, JP, etc.) before completing your purchase.
Once an order has entered the crafting stage or has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
If your order has not yet entered the "Crafting" stage (within the first 48 hours), we can assist with the following changes:
- Sizing & Standards: Switch between US, UK, German, or Japanese bedding standards.
- Shipping Details: Update your delivery address for your global summoning.
- Item Removal: Remove specific sets or items from your current order.
Because every 3-piece and 4-piece set is made-to-order with high-definition fan art specifically for you, we cannot accept physical returns.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your gear:
- We offer a 30% refund of the product value as a satisfaction guarantee.
- Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid directly to third-party "Fast Travel" logistics partners.
To ensure your loot arrives at legendary speed, we may manage your order in the following ways:
- Split Shipping: If your order contains multiple sets produced at different specialized stations, we may split the shipment to optimize delivery time.
